Product Warranty Policy
1. All of
products offered for sale on our site are covered by a product warranty within the intended use of the specific product, from the date of purchase, of which the warranty duration is stated on the warranty card enclosed with the product.
2. The product warranty in Clause 1 covers manufacturing and / or workmanship defects, but does not apply to:
(a) fair wear and tear due to the product’s intended use;
(b) cosmetic scratches, dents, chips, scrapes on the external surface which do not affect the product’s function;
(c) damages caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, shock, and improper use or storage of the product;
(d) any unauthorized disassembly, alteration, modification, or repair performed on the product;
(e) any product purchased from an unauthorized seller.
3. Customers can submit a Warranty Claim via email at warranty@trvmont.com, indicating the nature of the manufacturing and / or workmanship defect, the order number, along with the Warranty Number on the warranty card which can be found packed together with our product upon opening. Please provide the store name and order number if your order was placed with an authorized retailer. Our team will endeavour to review the request as soon as reasonably possible, and if the request is assessed within our sole judgment to be a valid one, we would reach out to you via email with confirmation to proceed with next steps in the Warranty Claim process.
4. In our sole judgment, if we determine that the Warranty Claim is eligible for a product replacement, the replacement will be of the same color and material as the original purchased product. If said product is no longer in stock, the replacement will be of a similar material and color. If no replacement is available i.e., out of stock, we will work together with the customer to find a suitable substitute with a value equal to that of the purchase price of the original purchased product.
5. This Warranty does not cover third-party services to products in the claim, e.g. shipping.
6. We reserve the right to deny any Warranty Claim. This could occur if we believe the claim to be fraudulent, or if the product condition falls under the non-applicable conditions as stated in Clause 2(a) to 2(e), and Clause 5.
7. We may revise our Product Warranty Policy from time to time without any prior notice. You may determine if any such revision has taken place by referring to the date on which this page was last updated. Your purchase of any of our products, or continued access to our website, or use of our services following the posting constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of such changes.
